Fallow Bourne is a nature-based leadership practice. We work at thresholds — the places that were once familiar, that now feel inadequate or foreign.

We work in collaboration with the living world. Together we guide leaders through an honest descent into the stories they have been operating inside — the cultural hallucinations that modernity passes off as common sense. What emerges on the other side is not a new strategy. It is a different quality of perception. One that cannot be re-domesticated.

This Substack is where we send field notes from that work. Shorter pieces, still close to the ground. Writing from the edges of wild landscapes, difficult reckoning, and the void that opens when the familiar finally loosens its grip.
